How can we find the apartment house?

Please open the page called "Map". There you will find all the information, illustrated with photos and detailed maps. Please print out the map and take along, when you are coming. In case, you have a GPS system in your car, please enter the GPS data we supplied.


Is it a problem, if we are arrive really late in Stary Smokovec?

You should arrive to receive the keys to your apartment from our chambermaid before 18.00 on arrival day.


Where can we park our car?

On the page "Map" you will find all the information needed.


May I smoke in the apartment?

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the whole building.


Do we have to bring bedsheets, towels?

No. Each apartment is a fully furnished "flat". Please, bring only your items of personal hygiene.


Do you have feeding chairs for babies?

Yes. Please, let us know, if you need one of those chairs and our chambermaid will place it in your apartment.


Do you have beds for babies?

No, unfortunately we don't.


May we come with very young kids?

Absolutely! However, please note, that babies at new places are over excited many times and they need closer attention.


Do you have storage for bicycles?

Unfortunately, there are no storages for bicycles in the building. Kid's smaller bicycles could be kept in the corridors near the apartments, except Apt. No. 4. (where the corridor is open for everyone)


Where can we store our skis and boots?

In front of each apartments (except no. 4.) we have a storage area for skis, jackets and boots.
Please, store all your equipment there. In apartment no. 4. skis should be stored inside the apartment, where appropriate.


How and where can we dry our wet clothes ?

You will be able to dry your wet clothes at the same storage place in front of the apartments, where you would store your equipment.

Please, do not hang anything heavy and wet on the curtains. Those are not designed to hold heavy payloads and might break and tear down.


Do you have extra beds for the apartment?

No. Every apartment will accommodate either 4 or 5 persons and no more.

Please note, that the foldable beds (which are in the living rooms of apt. 4.+8.+ 9.) might be more suitable for kids than for adults. Kids never complain about these beds, but adults might find the fixed king size beds more comfortable.


How much we have to pay for the apartment?

You will find all the prices on our web page. All prices are valid till withdrawal.


How we can pay for the apartment?

You will be able to pay upon arrival to our chambermaid.


Is there an internet connection in the building?

There are no telephone lines or wireless connections in the building. We have an internet cafe though, just 5 minutes from us.


Could we bring along our dog?

Yes, but we would be able to offer only Apt. No. 4. on the main floor.


When we can occupy our apartment and when we have to leave?

You can move in every day between 13.00 and 18.00  Please, return your keys to the chambermaid not later than 12.00 on the day of departure.


May we arrive later than 18.00?

Unfortunately, we will be able to hand over your keys only till 18.00 on your arrival day.


How and where we get our apartment keys?

Upon arrival our chambermaid will wait for you in the apartment house. Prior to your arrival, we would require information about the approximate time of your arrival. We will pass this information to the chambermaid, so she will be ready and waiting for you, to show you around.

Do you serve food in the apartment house?

No, catering is not part of our service.


If we book the 5 days package for New Year's Eve, do we need to arrive on the 28 December?

Naturally, You are free to arrive any time within your period, but the fixed package price will stay the same, as if you would be there from the fist day.
